HitCigars does a great job of selection and quality. My cigars showed up in great condition. Sad that COVID is causing a longer shipping time, but they are managing the process well.

Add getting your cigars in a timely fashion to the long list of casualties of the plague of 2020. Having said that, once the cigars were finally accepted by the postal service they arrived in good condition. Worth the wait I guess to ensure the quality and authenticity that hit cigars provides. I was kept up to date with the slower process by hit cigars which was nice. Good customer service. My go to website.

I bought 2 box of Cuban cigars Montecristo No.2 and Open Eagle. Very good quality and I’m enjoying having them. The only think I had small issue with transport wile COVID19 and lock down as I been waiting for the 4 weeks to arrive and also the box of Open Eagle I believe trough transport was squashed from the top and it did effect cigars how they looked . The good thinks cigars were smokeable and I’m still enjoying having them. I did send the enquire to customer service and the contact person was sale manager Valentin who really help me with a issue and received quick response and excellent service. I just want to say thank you to him for understanding a problem and for giving me full refund for the Eagle . The reason I’m giving 5stars to hit cigars is good product quality and excellent customer service from Valentin 👍🏻
