For shipments marked as “In-Transit,” we will wait for updates before reshipping. Refunds and reshipment requests for orders with this status cannot be accepted until there is an update. Typically, “In-Transit” status indicates that the shipment is not being processed by the local customs office.

When Will My Order Shipment Tracking Status Be Updated?
First, please note that your order is TOBACCO. As mentioned during checkout, customers must be aware of their local customs regulations.
There are two possible scenarios:
1. Customs Clearance Successful: If your order clears customs successfully, it will be handled by the local transfer center for delivery. This process may take 5-10 days, depending on customs workload. Once cleared, the destination carrier will update your order shipment status, allowing you to track your order.
2. Customs Processing Failure: If customs cannot clear your order due to tax or other issues, it may be returned, subject to duties, or seized based on local regulations. For details, please contact your local customs administration.
If your order is returned to the sender, we offer the following options:
• Reship: Please refer to our Return Refund Policy.

Customs Process for UK Orders
Step 1: Orders typically arrive in the UK within 1-3 day from the dispatch date.
Step 2: There will be no updates from Royal Mail or Parcel Force until your order is processed by UK customs, as they cannot confirm product arrival in the country.
Step 3: If UK customs processes and clears your order:
• Your order will pass customs without issue and will be handled by the local transfer center for delivery. This process may take 5-10 days, depending on customs workload. This duration is beyond our control.
• After customs clearance, Royal Mail and Parcel Force will update your order status, allowing you to track your shipment.
Step 4: If your order does not pass through UK customs:
• UK customs may begin processing your order but could deny clearance due to tax regulations or other issues.
• If your order is seized at customs, a letter will be sent to you by the Border Force, and this process can extend up to 60 days. Sometimes, no letter is sent, and the reasons are unclear.
• In such cases, UK customs will not provide updates because your order has been seized, and they won’t communicate this to Royal Mail or Parcel Force. This situation is unfortunate but is not within our control. However, please rest assured that all shipments are made via International Registered Mail or EMS.
• For assistance, you should contact the UK customs office in your city.

Customs Processing for Your Order in the Netherlands
When the Netherlands Customs begins processing your order, there are two possibilities:
1. Successful Clearance:
• Netherlands Customs successfully clears your order (the package passes customs without any issues) and forwards it to the local transfer center for delivery to you. This process typically takes 5-10 days, depending on customs workload and speed, which is completely beyond our control.
• After customs clearance, PostNL will update your tracking status, and your order will be on its way to you.
2. Unsuccessful Clearance:
• If Netherlands Customs begins processing your order but cannot clear it (due to tax regulations or other reasons), your order tracking status may be updated to “Unsuccessful item delivery attempt” or “Customs hold – Customs Authority has held your parcel.”
For details regarding this, you should contact your local customs administration.
If your order status indicates “Return to Sender,” it may be due to customs issues.
Some countries do not accept tobacco products and will mark the shipment as “Return to Sender: Item contains prohibited contents.”
In this case, your order will be rejected and returned to us.
